Talk & Vision organises multilingual support from Linschoten
Linschoten, The Netherlands - Talk & Vision, the specialists in video-conferencing, will be providing multilingual support from now on from its Customer Service Centre in Linschoten. By renovating and expanding the premises in Linschoten and closing the business centre in Leiden, Talk & Vision has been able to centralise its complete service provision and to provide a Customer Service Centre that can address all the clients of this internationally rapidly-growing company in their mother tongue. Apart from an internationally oriented Customer Service Centre, the centralisation of Talk & Vision also offers more synergy and streamlining of the service provided to clients.
Sven Lagerweij, Managing Director of Talk & Vision: "We are proud of the Customer Service Centre where we can communicate with all our clients in their mother tongue. That also applies to the beautiful building in which our total service provision is now housed. As well as synergy and the obvious ease of service that centralisation provides, an important factor was also eradicating the necessity to travel between business centres. This is of course a typical advantage we create with our products."
The opening of a central business centre fits into the international strategy of Talk & Vision. Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom already have their own centralised business centre and France can also shortly expect the physical presence of Talk & Vision. Only the Netherlands had multiple business centres.
