KPN and Getronics

Since July 2009, Dutch carrier KPN has a 64% majority stake in Talk & Vision, enabling Talk & Vision to team with KPN and sister company Getronics in addressing the full array of video communication needs of their joint customers. The merger has created a company offering videoconferencing services worldwide, with a strong position in Europe and a leading position in the Benelux. The merger also extends and strengthens the New Way of Working concept that KPN and Getronics offer their customers. KPN intends to expand its shareholding in Talk & Vision to 100% in 2012.
