Challenge: One of TNT’s core objectives is to become the world’s first postal and express delivery service provider with a zero emission footprint. One of the ways of achieving this involves the extensive use of visual communications between TNT employees worldwide.
Talk & Vision is fully responsible for the end-to-end solution. The project covers around 200 TANDBERG videoconferencing facilities and a variety of network components. We provide project management, implementation, user & adoption training and support of the complete installed base worldwide. TNT uses our MAVIS Total Care service for setting up and hosting VIP sessions and larger VC meetings, with Talk & Vision providing monthly usage reports.
