Challenge: Improve information sharing and reduce travel costs & time throughout the organization, regardless of location or country. The project covers several in-company collaboration aspects, including visual communication.
Heineken currently uses 160 Polycom videoconferencing systems worldwide, which are managed by Talk & Vision. This means we provide worldwide implementations and user training. Besides helpdesk and on-site support, we offer remote systems management using a management application installed within the Heineken organization. We make sure the systems are up-to-date and povide monthly reports. Talk & Vision also facilitates video meetings for the Executive Board of Directors and for a number of international offices.
