Project Management is highly advised for any solution where network equipment is involved.
Talk & Vision will assign you a dedicated project manager, who is certified for Prince2, IPMA and/or PMP, and experienced in managing visual communication projects. The formal signing off of project phases (project plan, design, test, acceptance, etc.) is an integral part of our project management methodology.
The project manager will be your single point of contact. He or she will provide you with regular status updates and will notify you of any potential problems, taking preventive measures wherever possible before they impact on your operations. The project manager will work to complete your project on time and within budget.
