In Touch

Collaboration as a strategic asset

By optimizing the fit between strategy, collaboration, organization and technology we aim to deliver added value regarding the investments to be taken. More focused, integrated and effective. In the near future Business transformation is expected to gain traction, which will drive enterprises to deploy collaboration solutions in novel ways, and such efforts will help maintain industry growth.
Companies such as HP, Apple, Google, Boeing, Heineken, Shell have proven at various levels that good collaboration can be the differentiator with their competitors. By increasing the speed of information exchange, decreasing the hurdles due to information lacks or by improving teamwork they were able to excel and improve their performance.
As from Gartner’s analysis collaboration has growing impact on a companies performance. Most of the routine task have been automated and tasks that are left often contain a large component in which good collaboration is essential.

InTouch
InTouch is a concept that answers the question how collaboration tools can be provided and introduced in such a way that it improves and fosters team working and leads to increased company’s performance and better results.

The InTouch approach consists of 2 steps:

Step 1:
By analyzing how strategy and collaboration are connected and by mapping the company’s collaboration and organizational DNA.

Step 2:
A focused and usage oriented implementation by targeting the right people, barriers and motivators . Part of this second step is an Usage & Adoption program
