The consultant's approach is to first organize a design workshop. Next, the low level design document is created, presented and discussed. The final pre-build version is released after your approval. The following step is to create a comprehensive test document which, after customer approval, will be used as input for the acceptance process. The final as-build version of the document is released after implementation and customer acceptance.
