MAVIS Support
A complete support package for your videoconferencing hardware, that starts with 24/7 multilingual helpdesk support and includes full support for your equipment, securing a maximum uptime.

MAVIS Care
On top of MAVIS Support our Customer Services Center can offer MAVIS Care, that includes pro-active monitoring of your complete videoconferencing operation. With this service we make sure your equipment is ready to use, always.

MAVIS Total Care
Just walk into your meeting room and start your meeting right away. The Talk & Vision Customer Services Center sets up your meeting in advance and makes sure the connection will be up and running until the end of the meeting. As part of MAVIS Total Care we will also report the usage and success rates of your meetings. This service will give the users optimum convenience and enables you to spend your valuable meeting time on your core business in stead of having to focus on the enabling technology.

MAVIS All-In
MAVIS All-In goes on step further than Mavs Total Care. Not only does it include the components of MAVIS Total Care, but it adds the required videoconferencing hardware as well, for an all-in fixed fee per month.

MAVIS Meeting Room
You have experienced users, that are able to set up their meetings themselves. However, you are still looking for a provider that enables you to connect between ISDN and IP (gateway service), that enables to connect through firewalls (firewall traversal service) or that enables to connect more than two locations simultaneously (multipoint service). For a fixed fee per month you will be able to use services, through MAVIS Meeting Room.

MAVIS Consultancy

If your company network does not have sufficient capacity for video traffic, Talk & Vision will take care of IP connectivity for your offices. In combination with MAVIS All-In you will be able to completely outsource your videoconferencing operation to Talk & Vision. Limiting your need to invest in people, training and equipment, as we will take care of this.
